I Amsterdam

This is my Amsterdam. I wanted to emphasize on welcoming and flowery side of the Netherlands, seeking inspiration in a Delft pattern and colour choice. Home to lots of great artists such as Johannes Vermeer, Rembrandt, Pieter Brueghel, Vincent Van Gogh and many others, it still stores a huge collection of world cultural heritage. In this specific case, home to these masterpieces is Rijksmuseum (illustrated above).

Protestant straightforwardness, green fields, windmills, golden sky, beautiful architecture, sound of bells, ships, and very hospitable Dutch people together make a very special atmosphere. And... did I forget to mention Dutch people have `very pleasant English accent!

Small fact: In Russian, we have adjective "gallantniy", which is a derivative from word "Holland" , it means well-mannered, gentlemen-like and very tolerant.
Indeed, this is all truth!
